For the price I paid, Silom Avenue Inn provided great value and the rooms were lovely. The location was convenient and safe, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast selection could be improved.

They charded 800b for laundry without iron, that is half the price of the room. Most staff did not speak english. They charged 400b for a massage the first day and 270 the second. We had an accident and blood was on the sheet we had to pay 350b.

easy access to shops just outside the hotel. good room service, efficient and good food.
Mattress was very lumpy, air con was very weak. Tour desk gave dishonest travel times for island tours.

the restaurant was terrific with international food here, i had appetising dishes. the location was strategic and best possible - within short walking distance of everywhere i wanted to go.

Everything was really perfect, outstandingly accommodating staff, absolutely perfect location not far from almost all major attractions in Bangkok, a nice neighbourhood and the river and also the malls.

This hotel is a great value for money - affordable prices with attention to detail. The central location is within a reasonable walking distance to a skytrain station, making it convenient to explore the bustling area nearby Silom Night market. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are provided, including clean and comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed. Additionally, a pleasant breakfast is served, which is included in the price.

I was very disappointed with my stay and decided to leave earlier. Staff is unfriendly and not trained well, most of the staff are not familiar with Bangkok. They cannot advise on city attractions etc., they even do not provide guests with city map - the have only public transportation map. Building itself is in poor condition and quite old. I will never stay this hotel again.

This service apartment was well located near the heart of the city but quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. It was only a short walk from the bustling Silom night market and the city center. The staff were friendly and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day.
The breakfast options were limited as noted in some reviews.
